Swimming Empire — نظام إدارة أكاديمية السباحة
Swimming Empire نظام إداري داخلي تستخدمه أكاديمية Swimming Empire (امبراطورية السباحة) لإدارة عملها اليومي. يعمل على خدمات Google (Google Sheets وGoogle Apps Script) ويستخدمه موظفو الأكاديمية فقط.
ماذا يفعل النظام
- الطلاب وأولياء الأمور: تسجيل الطلاب وبيانات التواصل مع أولياء أمورهم وملف كل طالب.
- الدورات والحصص: إنشاء الدورات والمستويات وجدولة الحصص وإدارة قوائم الانتظار.
- الحضور: تسجيل حضور الطلاب في كل حصة وإدارة الحصص التعويضية.
- التسجيل والاشتراكات: تسجيل الطلاب في الدورات وتجديد الاشتراكات ونقلها.
- المدفوعات: تسجيل الدفعات والخصومات والاستردادات ومتابعة الأرصدة.
- التقدم: تقييم مهارات الطلاب وترقيتهم بين المستويات.
- لوحة المعلومات: ملخصات للإدارة عن الطلاب والدورات والتجديدات المستحقة.
من يستطيع استخدامه
النظام ليس خدمة عامة ولا يقبل التسجيل الذاتي. لا يدخله إلا موظف أضافه مدير الأكاديمية، ويُقيَّد كل موظف بصلاحيات دوره (مدير، استقبال، مدرب، مُطّلع). يسجّل الموظف دخوله بحساب Google الخاص به، ويوافق المدير على ربط ذلك الحساب بالمستخدم عند أول دخول.
الدخول بحساب Google
عند الدخول يطلب النظام من Google عنوان بريدك الإلكتروني ومعرّف حسابك لمعرفة من أنت والتحقق من صلاحيتك، وإذن «الاتصال بخدمة خارجية» حتى ترسل الواجهة طلباتك إلى خادم الأكاديمية نفسه. لا يصل النظام إلى بريدك (Gmail) ولا ملفاتك ولا جهات اتصالك ولا أي بيانات أخرى في حسابك. التفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية.

Swimming Empire — Swimming Academy Management System
Swimming Empire is an internal management system used by the Swimming Empire academy to run its day-to-day work. It runs on Google services (Google Sheets and Google Apps Script) and is used by the academy's staff only.
What it does
- Students and guardians: student registration, guardian contact details and each student's profile.
- Courses and sessions: courses, levels, session schedules and waiting lists.
- Attendance: recording each session's attendance and managing makeup sessions.
- Enrollment and subscriptions: enrolling students in courses, renewals and transfers.
- Payments: payments, discounts, refunds and balances.
- Progress: skill assessments and promotions between levels.
- Dashboard: summaries of students, courses and renewals due, for the academy's management.
Who can use it
The system is not a public service and has no self sign-up. Only staff members added by the academy's administrator can use it, each limited to the permissions of their role (Admin, Reception, Coach, Viewer). Staff sign in with their own Google account; the administrator approves the link between that account and the staff member at the first sign-in.
Signing in with Google
At sign-in the system asks Google for your email address and your account identifier, to know who you are and check your permissions, and for permission to "connect to an external service", so that the app can send your requests to the academy's own server. The system does not access your Gmail, your files, your contacts or any other data in your Google account. See the Privacy Policy.
